It was a cool and breezy night of September 4th, 2026 on the campus of Lancaster High School in a heated Football matchup between the Desert Scorpions (Away) and the Desert Christian Knights (Home). It started slow with no scooring in the first quarter, but less than two minutes into the second quarter, the floodgates open with an electric Shaheem Robertson rushing touchdown for 5 yards making the score 6 to 0 in Scorpion Advtange. Fortuantly it does not end there because Shaheem Robertson has another rushing touchdown a few minutes later in the second quarter making it 12 to 0 Scorpion advatange.

The Knights did bite back with a touchdown of their own to make it 12 to 6 Scorpion advantage but it did not last long at all. The Scorpions stung back to take a bigger advatange with a passing touchdown near the end of the First half to make it a 18 to 6 ballgame. Halftime came and went eventually making the final score 46 to 14 Scorpion win!! This marks their first win since 2018.
